Bearpatch Textiles is a small family run business who began on Ebay and then expanded onto its own website in November 2006.

We offer an internet order service of handcrafted products and mixed fibres wool & yarn craft packs, plus our excess stocks of patchwork fabrics, plains and other craft materials. We do not have a shop or showroom.


Our handcrafted items range from cafetiere/coffee and tea cosies to carrier bag holders and shopper/tote bags. Including baby bibs, aprons, tv remote holders, pin cushions, tissue box covers and Aga mats. We offer a small range of knitted accessories too. We also offer a range of seasonal items that are usually available throughout the year. So, if you like to buy your Christmas stockings in July or your summer bunting in December, this is the place to shop! All great gift ideas!


All our handcrafted items are individually made in England exclusively for and by Bearpatch Textiles. We do not mass produce any of our items.

We currently have in stock small quantities of patchwork fabric, textured wool and yarn craft packs and sewing threads and haberdashery from the following manufacturers:


Makower UK/Andover Fabrics. Around 60 prints to choose from.


Klona Craft Cottons. A range of plain solid fabrics, all 56 inches wide (142cms)


Texere Yarns. Limited stocks of Variety Bags of textured wool and yarn in mixed fibres.


Goodwear Products Currently offering a selection of embroidery threads, mini buttons and sequins.


W Williams Selected haberdashery including bias binding, fade away pens and Bondaweb.


Empress Mills We offer a range of patchwork and quilting threads, including 120's polycore (1000m reels) for machine and hand sewing, also hand quilting thread and Sashiko.


We also currently have a wide range of American patchwork fabrics on offer including Debbie Mumm.

All these items are used in house and offered as excess stocks, though they are not surplus to requirements and stock levels will change daily as items are produced using these materials.


Bearpatch Textiles also produces its own range of mixed fibres wool and yarn craft packs in Grande(15 yarns) and Piccolo (8 yarns) pack versions. All the yarns have been hand selected to give the widest possible colour range and fibre mix.
